At Rhushi Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your favorite Ayurvedic products in the best condition and on time. Please review our shipping practices below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We strive to provide reliable shipping at affordable rates:
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery pincode.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders
- Express Shipping: If available for your location, express options will be displayed at checkout for an additional fee.
3. Domestic Delivery Timelines
We ship to most pincodes across India via reputed courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, or BlueDart. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Maharashtra: 2–4 business days.
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Remote Areas (NE India, J&K): 7–10 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to extreme weather, transport strikes, or festive seasons.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner's website. You can monitor the status of your package in real-time.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery for most locations in India.
- A nominal COD convenience fee may be applied to your order at checkout to cover the additional handling costs charged by our courier partners.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to our warehouse.
- Please ensure your phone number is reachable and your address is accurate.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee may apply for the second attempt.
7. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please:
- Refuse the delivery if the outer packaging is severely torn.
- If you accept it, please take an unboxing video immediately.
- Contact us at rhushiayurveda@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can assist you with a replacement.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Rhushi Ayurveda only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our reach in the future.
