• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times vary based on location:
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be available on specific promotions or for orders above a certain value.

4. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
• You can track your order in real-time through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may lead to delayed or failed deliveries.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges may apply.
