4. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Timelines: Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Rhushi Ayurveda is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Returns: Due to the health-related nature of Ayurvedic products, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was received.
- Condition: For a return to be valid, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. User Conduct
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
- For any unlawful purpose.
- To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
