We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic health and wellness products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

To start a return, please contact us using the details below. Provide your order number and a brief explanation (along with photos, if applicable) of why you are requesting a return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged transit, please share a video or photo of the unboxing.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at rhushiayurveda@gmail.com.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product received was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
