1. Eligibility for Refund & Return

• Refunds and returns are accepted only within 48 hours of product delivery.
• Rhushi Ayurveda promises to provide 100% Refund of the product if the product is unused, unopened and in it's original packaging condition along with labels and tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund or return request.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Used, damaged, or opened products are not eligible for return.
• Products purchased on sale, promotional offers, or clearance sales are non-refundable.
• Personalized or customized products cannot be returned.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

• Provide order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
• Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

4. Refund Process

• Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
• Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for secure returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
• We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
